We aim to bring a polymath’s perspective to deep, curiosity-driven dives into a variety of salient topics. Brain health and neuroscience, medical care, the forward march of science, and the history of ideas are always front and center; but no topic is off-limits.
The Significant team is led by David S. Filippi, MD. Dr Filippi is a Board Certified neurologist with 25 years of clinical practice experience, currently in private practice in Florida. His education includes time at Harvard, Columbia, the Neurological Institute of New York, the University of Southern California, and UCSF.
